City of Dallas ePay, allows you to easily review and pay your bills online. You can display your bills on the screen and pay them conveniently and quickly either by credit card or checking account. You can set up Auto Pay for either type of payment.
With ePay, your bills are displayed in an overview under the Account Activities tab. You can change your contact information, checking account details, and credit card details at any time.

To pay bills with City of Dallas ePay efficiently, you need a current browser. The following browser versions are supported:

Pay bills With just a few clicks you can pay either the entire or a partial amount of your bill.
Follow the progress of your bills You can follow the current status of your bills on your computer screen. You can display any inquiry you have sent regarding a bill along with our reply.
Analyze payments You can also view which bills have been settled with the payment method used.

How do I enroll in ePay?
Locate your account number on your utility services bill, or call (214)651-1441 to request your account number or additional customer information.
Go to dallascityhall.com and click on Pay... Water Bill. Click on Register Now. Complete the required fields:
Type in your Utility Account Number.
Create your User ID (must be 8 to 20 characters, alpha/numeric allowed).
Create a Password (must be 8 to 128 characters, at least one alphanumeric character required)
Retype the Password you just typed
Type your Email Address (this is where you want to be notified about your utility services bills)
Type your First Name (This must be typed exactly as it appears on your bill; usually only required for residential customers)
Type your Last Name (This must be typed exactly as it appears on your bill; usually only required for residential customers)
Type your Company Name (This must be typed exactly as it appears on your bill; usually only required for commercial customers)
